For remaining in St. Louis to manage the Unions and failing to go to Richmond to fill a similar position for the Virginia club, Ted Sullivan was black-listed by the latter organization. Since leaving the Unions he asked for and obtained reinstatement from the National Agreement Association, to which he is now eligible.-St. Louis Globe-Democrat, July 7, 1884
